License
One purchase is a Single-Use Commercial License for one final live website, for your own business or for one client. Agencies and freelancers buy one license per client website. You can customize everything and hand the finished site to your client. You can’t resell or redistribute the template, share the Remix Link, or upload Folistead or a derivative template to a marketplace. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
Updates and support
All v1.x updates are included. Future major versions, such as v2.0, aren’t guaranteed to be free. You get 30 days of setup assistance by email after your purchase, and you can report product bugs after that. Support doesn’t include custom design or development, or help with third-party services.
Delivery and refunds
Folistead is delivered right after payment: you receive the private Remix Link and the buyer documentation. Because it’s a digital product, change-of-mind refunds are normally not offered after delivery, but we’ll consider a refund for a duplicate purchase, a failed delivery or a material defect we can’t reasonably fix. See the Refund Policy.
What you need
A Framer account. Framer accounts and plans are sold by Framer and aren’t included in the price.
To publish all 7 CMS collections, a Framer site plan that includes at least 7 collections.
Optional: your own form destination (email, Google Sheets or a webhook) and a booking tool such as Cal.com or Calendly.
No plugins and no developer needed.

Everything on this site apart from the product and legal pages is the template itself, filled with sample content for a fictional firm, Folistead Advisory. Explore the home page, pricing, case studies, insights and the style guide to see what you get. The template’s sample privacy and terms pages are placeholders for your own.
