Eleanor founded Folistead Advisory after a decade as a finance leader inside growing companies, where she learned that most founders do not need more reports — they need a clear answer to "what should we do next?".
She leads our fractional CFO engagements, sits in on board meetings when clients want her there, and reviews every forecast the firm sends out. Her background spans a venture-backed software company from seed to Series C, a regional healthcare group, and a third-generation manufacturer that she helped prepare for sale.
Outside work she rows badly, reads widely and keeps a running list of the best diner breakfasts in the Pacific Northwest.
